Barry has a comprehensive real estate transactional background with nationally recognized law firms and has broad experience in complex real property transactions, including property development, multi-property acquisitions, anchor tenant leasing, and mortgage financing.
Barry’s clients include developers, owners, managers and tenants of office, retail, residential, industrial and warehouse properties in the New York Metropolitan Area; retailers; borrowers; institutional lenders; insurance companies; international media companies; and not-for-profit organizations.
Barry has been practicing law for over fifteen years and is a member of the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association.
Outside of the law, Barry is an avid cyclist, a retired Commander in the US Coast Guard Reserve, a member of the Queens Chamber of Commerce, a member of Continental Post 1424 of the American Legion in Forest Hills, NY and a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Forest Hills, NY.
During his Coast Guard Career, barry established unique supply program and was logistician for USCG forces during Desert Shield/Storm campaign and was awarded Meritorious Service and Coast Guard Commendation Medals.
